+ Where Are My Download Links?

Download links are available on the order confirmed page after Checkout - They are located in a hyper link.

Click this link & download the file. If you cannot access the file via the hyper linked download then check your email.

The download files will be emailed to you in a separate email.

Please be patient as the links may take up to 5-10 minutes to be sent out.

Make sure you entered the correct email and also check your spam folder.

+ Download Troubleshooting

  • Run an internet speed test to make sure your internet is working correctly

  • Try a different source of internet (Library, Friends house)

  • Connect the computer to the router via ethernet cable

  • Make sure you have enough hard drive space

  • Try a different internet browser, like Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.

  • Make sure no one else is using the internet during the download process

+ How do I Access The Files?

After you download the files, you will need to unzip them.

On Mac, you can just double click to unzip.

On Windows you can right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

If your PC doesn't already have an unzipping program, you will need to download something like https://www.7-zip.org/

+ Do These Packs Work With (INSERT PROGRAM HERE)?

Our asset pack compatibility varies.

Every pack very clearly states which program it works with in the descriptions.
